High-Quality Estherell Resin Flooring
As the industrial-look and minimalist trends continue to hit the market, many West Australian business owners are looking to polish their concrete floors
– only to find it is one of the most expensive options available.
Despite the many benefits of a resin flooring system, generally speaking, they will cost you more than more traditional flooring options
such as tiles and vinyl. This leads Perth-based business owners to make decisions on costs that leave their floors underperforming and outdated.
Through extensive testing and research, Hawk CFC is now offering the most cost-effective floor on the market that is still stylish and long-lasting. Delivering all the advantages your Perth commercial or industrial space needs, without the cost.
Introducing the Estherell System.
As part of a select group of installers permitted to utilise the cutting-edge ERFLA range, from Australian-based laboratory specialists, Hawk CFC is proud to bring leading and innovative floor technologies to you.

What is Estherell Resin Flooring?
ERFLA is a precise application technique and treatment that has been formulated to allow for rapid installation.
More than convenience, this delivers reduced costs compared to traditional polished concrete techniques that support your bottom line. Typically finished to a non-exposed, satin, industrial finish, this option does not espouse the same performance criteria as the more expensive ERFLA systems.
The next generation in resin-based flooring, Estherell has resistance to staining and a range of chemicals, is UV stable, and can be re-coated easily if required as a cost-effective service.
Is Estherell Resin Right For You?
The easiest way to assess whether this resin is suited to your commercial or industrial space is to outline when and where it is best used.
Are you looking to apply resin to fresh concrete? It can be applied to fresh concrete without disrupting the curing process and can help provide protection to the concrete during construction.
Are you looking for a fast and hassle-free installation process? It can be installed often-times in one day, preventing weeks of floor installation and potential damage to surrounding surfaces post-construction.
Are you looking for a durable and hard-wearing surface? It provides the benefit of reduced damage to the coating from use and traffic with more of the product located within the pores of the concrete.
What’s the Application Process?
The rapid installation of this resin speeds the construction process. Application can be done in as little as one day (subject to project size and scale). This can prevent the multiple days (or weeks) of floor preparation that come with other resin products, not to mention the damage to surrounding surfaces in the post-construction phase.
See below for a step-by-step breakdown of your new Estherell resin (and how simple it is):
- Applied to new slabs that have been heavily steel-trowelled
- Mechanical, resin-bonded polishing of the slab with minimally exposed stone
- Application of Estherell Surface Treatment
- Once the build is complete, further treatment may be required

What Are the Benefits of Estherell Resin Flooring?
With numerous resin flooring options to choose from, what makes ERFLA unique?
For a start, the high adhesion characteristics of this resin mean it is capable of handling situations where the floor preparation is less than ideal. While alternate resin coatings may require pre-preparation to ensure an adequate bond, Estherell resin doesn’t require a minimum of 120# diamond finish.

Where is this resin suitable for use?
Estherell resin can be used in commercial or residential applications and is suitable for internal or external use. It can be applied to concrete and natural stone, on horizontal and vertical surfaces.
How is Estherell resin applied?
Estherell resin is applied by airless spray gun, roller, brush, lambswool, or microfibre applicator. It is typically applied in a single coat finish as the product has a high level of repellency and may not accept subsequent treatments. The Estherell liquid does the majority of its work inside the pores of the concrete.
We do not recommend applying in the rain or below 7 degrees Celsius
My floor is damaged, what do I do?
If your concrete surface becomes damaged, gouged, scratched, or chipped it is important that a professional repair be carried out to ensure the entire floor is treated with Estherell.
