ERFLA Screed is a 100% solids, epoxy resin aggregate blend with no concrete or cement. It is made of pure resin, free from solvents, thinners and isocyanates. ERFLA Screed is the ultimate underlay screed to ensure your flooring is waterproofed through to the concrete. Finished floors can be installed within 12-18 hours of screed placement.
Sand and cement screeds and self-levelling cements are generally unsuitable for wet area or high traffic flooring scenarios as they do not have enough compressive strength or moisture tolerance to prevent issues arising over time.
