MMA is one of the hardest-wearing resins on the market. It is much harder than your concrete and even harder than your regular epoxy resins, making this resin extremely versatile for a variety of complex environments. The MMA resin system is able to be applied on it’s own as a monolithic, impervious treatment. However, it really becomes a fantastic system once you include an additive such as an acrylic flake or quartzite aggregate. These additives bulk up the resin, providing huge increases in durability and significantly boosting slip resistance.
